Upgrade to Eurotherm controller+15" Laptop
OTF-1200X-ASD is a compact split tube furnace with a max. the working temperature of 1200°C.   The automatic sliding door ( flange ) is built in to open or close the flange automatic without tightening screws.  Gas inlet & outlet valves and vacuum port are controlled by solenoid valves without manual operation.  All actions are controlled by a touch screen panel or optional PC.

  • Left side flange is installed with gas outlet and KF25 vacuum port together with solenoid valves, which can be opened and closed by the touch screen panel 
  • The right side flange is installed with a gas inlet with solenoid valves and a quartz sample holder with baffles. The flange is driven pneumatically to close and open the right flange ( door) without manual operation.
  • Vacuum level: 10-2 torr by mechanical pump and 10-5 torr by turbo-pump
Pressure Measurement / Monitoring
  • Standard mechanical vacuum gauge measures within a pressure range of -0.1 to 0.15Mpa are included.
  • Optional: A gas-type independent digital vacuum gauge with a wide range between 3.8x10-5 to 1125 Torr.
