Furnace Structure

• W260 x D200 x H 120 mm  (~10“x8"x5", ~6.2 L ) ceramic heating chamber is placed in a stainless steel vacuum chamber with graphite felt thermal insulation
• 25 mm dia quartz observation window is built-in on the front door 
• KF 25 vacuum port  and the valves of gas inlet and outlet are built in the vacuum chamber
• A mechanical vacuum gauge is included
• A digital temperature controller with 30 segments programmable is included
• The heating element of the Ni-Cr-Al resistance coil
  
• A k-type thermal couple is included
