Vacuum and  Gas Flow

• One KF25 port is built-in for vacuum pump connection.
• One dual-stage rotary vane pump with KF25 below and one angle valve are included. （Pic。 1）
• One Pirani vacuum gauge (up to 10^-4 torr) and a mechanical vacuum gauge is included. （Pic。 2）
• Pfeiffer 33 L/s turbopump is available for high vacuum operation up to 10-5 torr （Pic，3）
• One 5L flowmeter with1/4" gas inlet and outlet is included for atmosphere control (Pic.4)

• Quartz tube furnace is designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
• Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.
•  Vacuum pressures in the furnace shall be used below 1000°C under vacuum processing
• The furnace can be used for brazing of two flat samples via top dead weight under vacuum at <1000°C
