VTF-1200X-LPE is a 5-zone LPE（ Liquid Phase Epitaxy）system for growing YIG thick film. The system consists of five heating zones verticle furnace with the chamber of 6" Diameter up to 1200º C. The Precision digital temperature controller with 24 segments programmable is built in the furnace with +/- 0.1ºC accuracy, as well as precision, pulling and rotation mechanism with speed range from 0.1 - 50 mm/hour.
