YLJ-1-4TA is an electric compressive press or jig with the digital pressure gauge and load cell up to max. 1400 kg force (1.4 metric Ton). It is designed for compressing small pellets in glove-box for ceramic research and solid-state battery.

  • NRTL & CSA certified 110 - 240V AC (50/60Hz) power adapter for universal use
  • 24V DC motor with reducing gear, 15W, which is suitable for using under Ar gas

  • A built-in load cell with a digital display for pressure measurement and control
  • Pressure adjustment range: 0-1.4T

 3 stainless steel support plates are included:

  • It can be used as a jig for compressing pressure adjustable split test cell, please click the picture in below for details:
  • It also can be used for pressing pellet via < 0.5" diameter die in the glove-box under both N2 and Ar gas
  • The press machine can be put into glove-box through the air-lock chamber
