YLJ-CIP-40B is a compact cold isostatic press (CIP). It has a 30mm dia. x110mm pressure vessel made by ultra-strength alloy, which can provide isostatic hydraulic pressure up to 330 MPa via a 24T manual hydraulic press. It is an excellent tool for the material research lab to prepare high-density compound samples at easy, especially to prepare 1" Dia. the target for PLD. YLJ-CIP-20A has a small footprint, can be placed in a glove-box to prepare air-sensitive materials. A plastic protection cover is included.

P: Pressure (Mpa) applied to your working piece
T: Force (metric ton) Applied on the Pressure Vessel Cylinder
g: Standard gravity. g ≈ 9.8 m/s2
π: ~3.14
r: Radius (cm) of the Pressure Vessel ( 1.5 cm)
*1000 Kg = 1 Metric Tone; 1 Mpa = 10 Kg/cm2

Application Notes

Check this link to understand liquid rubber for sample preparation, you may use the liquid rubber to seal the sample to be CIP (click Pic below-left to know more)
You may use the machine as a dry pressing to order pressing die (click Pic below right)

Warning

Never let the press holding the target pressure for more than 1 hour.
Pressure must be completely released first, then make sure the hand wheel and the pressure release valve has been tightened before pressing
Do not raise the bottom cylinder (piston) more than it's maximum traveling distance. (20mm)
