EQ-AlPlate-1512 is a 1700 oC max refractory alumina board to be put on the bottom of MTI KSL-1700X muffle furnace.

  • Ideal for use as furnace support in sintering, heat treating, and chemical thermal process systems
  • Non-Flammable
  • Excellent thermal shock resistance
  • Resistant to oxidation and attack by furnace atmospheres
  • Excellent thermal stability 
  • Product Composition: ~78% Alumina, ~21% SiO2, ~0.3% Fe2O3.

  • Size 1: 150 mm L x 120 mm W x 10 mm for KSL-1700X-A1 and A2
  • Size 2: 280 mm L x 200 mm W x 10 mm for KSL-1700X-A3
Application Note
  • Use the plate as a crucible supporter.
  • Use the plate as a workaround for damaged furnace floor.
