Vacuum Melting Vessel for Induction Heating -EQ-SP-IHV
This set of the melting vessel is directly used for our EQ-SP-15AB and EQ-SP-25A induction heaters in order to achieve melting oxidizable materials under vacuum status.
It includes:
- 60mm., 80mm or 100mm dia. tube O.D (please select the tube size in the option bar)
- A set of Al2O3 holder and lid for graphite crucible
- One graphite crucible is included (1.5"OD x 1.25"ID x 3.75"DP for 60mm dia. tube || 2.285"OD x 1.415"ID x 3.05"H for 80mm dia. tube)
- And vacuum flange assembly with one mechanic pressure gauge, one hose barb for inert gas/vacuum release and a KF25 vacuum pump connector.
- Max. workingtemperature1750°C （ with thermal insulation inseat ）
Application Notes:
Attention:A pressure regulator must be installed on your input gas tank ( click picture below to review ) and have the output gas pressure set below 3 PSI at all times after opening the gas tank with the gas maintained in a continuous flowing condition. Gas build up with pressure levels exceeding over 3 PSI may cause irreversible damage to the furnace chamber.
- Never heat the furnace while the gas release valve is closed and a positive pressure condition exists within the furnace chamber. The pressure gauge must be used to closely monitor the chamber condition at all times during the heating process; please open the gas release valve immediately once the chamber pressure has reached over 3 PSI to prevent unforseeable damages.
