SYJ-40 is a 4" Manual Cut-off Saw and is the perfect tool for cutting valuable materials quickly, such as rough crystal, ceramic, metal rod and almost any material before lapping and polishing.
Notice: The vice is no longer included in the standard package since Sept. 2020.

Housing and Sample holder	The saw housing is flat and removable. It is easy to trim oversized slabs and be cleaned after the operation Max. sample loading length: 6" The sturdy table measures 6" x 10", easy to operate The saw housing is made of unbreakable cross-linked polyethylene - no rusting, no messy oil, water only Max. cutting depth: 1" (25.4 mm) Max. sample width: 40 mm (limited by the opening of the sample holder)
Cutting Blade	Come with 5 pcs of the impregnated diamond blade of 4" Dia × 0.014" (0.35 mm) thickness x 1/2" arbor To cut soft material, such as plastics, stainless steel, Ni, Ti, Cu, and their alloys, please choose the 4" SiC blade, please click the 2nd picture below at an extra cost For a longer service time of a cutting blade, please order a sintered diamond blade and Lube-150 (please click the 3rd and 4th picture below at an extra cost
