On August 10th, 2018, thirty-two teachers and students from Zhejiang University School of Material Science and Engineering visited MTI Corporation in Richmond, CA.
1. In the beginning, the ZJU group joined in the lab tour and watched the demonstrations of the material research lab equipment. For example, high-temperature tube furnaces, polishing and lapping machines, and thin film coating systems.
2. There was a short presentation to introduce "The Basics and Advances of Material Preparation Techniques"
3. The topics of the Forum: The core idea of Material Research: Cutting, Grinding, Polishing, Mixing, Pressing, Heating, and Coating; MTI history and milestones; Dr. Jiang's entrepreneur experience and the understanding of the material research future.

Thanks to all of the teachers and students for visiting MTI Corporation.
