MSK-AFA-300 is a Roll-to-Roll continuous coat with 3 optional coating heads for materials research labs.
This system integrates the functions/ features of reeling in & out, slurry feeder, coating blade, baking oven, and final electrode winding (reeling in).
It can coat electrode sheets up to 250mm in width and 500 meters in length automatically.

Note 1: MSK-AFA-E300-UL is updated from MSK-AFA-E300 with all UL certified electric parts from June 1, 2014, which are ready to pass UL or TUV test at extra cost.
Note 2: Starting July 10th, 2015, the "Intermediate Coating" mode will be offered on all units as standard features.
Note3: upgrade to three coating heads optional

Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator.

- You may order Dual-Filtration System for NMP Vapor and connect it to the coating system for keeping environmentally healthy. Please click Pic.1 for details.
- Atmosphere plasma cleaning add-on for the substrate is available upon request. Such a surface treatment will activate and increase the energy of the substrate surface and thus enables a better adhesion & bonding to the coating materials. Please click Pic.2~4 and Video.1 for more details.
