MTI Corporation provides the high purity quartz tube as the replacement part for high-temperature tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperatures up to 1200ºC.

Since Nov 10, 2016, we no longer accept the return delivery of any tubes due to the fragile nature of the materials. | Application Notes |
- For vacuum sealing, please choose vacuum flanges at the related products below
- This quartz tube is excellent for our GSL-1100X tube furnace and DIY tube furnace below 1200°C
- Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
- The flow rate for gases should be < 200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
- Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
- In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumina crucible to carry sample, instead of loading sample directly inside the tube, please click a picture below to choose one crucible boat:
