MTI Corporation provides the high-purity quartz tube as the replacement part for high-temperature tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperatures up to 1200ºC.

- Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
- The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
- Quartz tubes are designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
- In order to get longer tube service life, Please use a quartz or alumina crucible to carry the sample, instead of loading the sample directly inside the tube, please click the picture below to choose one crucible boat:
