MTI Corporation provides the high purity quartz tube as the replacement part for high-temperature tube furnaces in universities, companies, and national labs. It can be used at operating temperature up to 1200ºC.

Since Nov 10, 2016, we no longer accept return delivery of any tubes due to the fragile nature of the materials. - Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
- The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
- Quartz tubes are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
- In order get longer tube service life, Please use quartz or alumia crucible to carry sample, instead loading sample directly inside tube, please click picture below to choose one crucible boat:
